1.Global Tone Communication Technology Co., Ltd.: hereinafter referred to as “Party A”.
2.User: any organization or individual satisfying conditions hereof and using “YeeCloud Professional Translation Service”, hereinafter referred to as “Party B”.
3.YeeCloud Professional Translation Service: Professional translation service provided by Party A to Party B according to the Translation Agreement hereunder. The title to and the right to operate the “YeeCloud Professional Translation Service” shall remain with Party A.
Party B shall completely accept all terms of the YeeCloud Professional Translation Service Agreement (this “Agreement” as updated subsequently) published by Party A on the “YeeCloud Address”. Use by Party B of the “YeeCloud professional translation service” shall be deemed as acceptance by Party B of this Agreement.
1.Party B, through relevant pages of the website of Party A, submits to Party A, a translation service request.

3.Submission by Party B of documents to be translated: Party B, through relevant pages of the website of Party A, submits to Party A, documents which need to be translated.
4.Service fee: The translation price is published on relevant pages of the website; Party A will, on the website, confirm corresponding fees for the translation service request submitted by you, prior to payment by you and has the right to adjust the service fee according to word count, difficulty and other factors, and the service fee shall be confirmed through negotiation between both parties. The service fee shall be as indicated through the link sent by Party A for confirmation and be confirmed and paid by you through relevant web pages.
5.Method for delivering translations: Party A will send translations to the email address provided by Party B in submitting documents.
6.Party B shall, within seven (7) days upon delivery of translations by Party A, put forward amendment opinions; otherwise, Party B shall be deemed to accept the translations. If Party B is unsatisfied with the quality of the translations, Party A will provide Party B with amendment and relevant services for up to two (2) times without charge, and has the right to charge 5% of the translation service fee, as the amendment fee, for each additional amendment and service.
7.If Party B amends the original document upon delivery of the translations, the service fee for the amended portion shall be calculated otherwise; if the amendment exceeds 20%, the amended document shall be treated as a new document in calculation of service fees. If the original document needs to be replaced or amended during translation, the completed portion shall be included in calculation of the translation fee.
1.Party B shall, according to instructions on the website of Party A, pay relevant translation fees to Party A in full prior to submission of documents to be translated.
2.Payment method: Party B shall pay to Party A, all translation fees in one lump sum by online payment methods provided on the website of Party A or via bank transfer.

1.Party A undertakes to complete the translation service in accordance with relevant provisions of GB/T 19682-2005, a national standard of the People’s Republic of China.
2.Documents to be translated shall be provided by Party B. If the documents contain pictures, photos or cannot be edited, Party B shall ensure that the contents are legible. Party A is not responsible for the legality and authenticity of the documents or liable for infringement or any dispute arising out of the documents, and Party B shall compensate Party A for any loss incurred by Party A or its affiliated companies arising out of such dispute.
1.Unless agreed in writing by both parties or required by laws, regulations, judicial or government organs, both parties shall keep confidential, trade secrets obtained as a result of execution and/or performance of this Agreement, and shall not disclose the same to any third party by any means, for any reason; otherwise either party has the right to make a claim against the other party for compensation of losses and hold the other party legally liable.
1.Party A has the right to, from time to time, amend this Agreement in accordance with change in relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, business conditions, adjustment of operating strategies and otherwise. In case of any inconsistency, the most current version of the YeeCloud Professional Translation Service Agreement shall prevail.
2.In case of any inconsistency between any provision hereof and the laws of the People’s Republic of China, the provision shall be re-interpreted in accordance with the laws, and the remaining provisions remain binding upon Party B.
1.The formation, interpretation, performance of and settlement of disputes over this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The jurisdiction over this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
2.Any dispute arising out of or in relation to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the People’s Court of Shijingshan District, Beijing.
This Agreement comes into force upon submission by Party B of the translation service request.
1.Both parties confirm that this Agreement as updated is the final version executed by and between Party A and Party B, under which Party B is entitled to the “YeeCloud Professional Translation Service”. By submitting the “YeeCloud Professional Translation Service” request, Party B accepts and signs this Agreement.
2.Warning from Party A: please carefully read and ensure that you completely understand relevant provisions of the “YeeCloud Professional Translation Service Agreement”, so that you can obtain efficient and high-quality services.
